Welcome to Quick Hire LLP (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including talent acquisition, hiring support, and related consulting services (“Services”). By engaging with us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.


1. Scope of Services

We provide recruitment and talent acquisition services to clients seeking to hire qualified candidates. Our services may include candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, and consulting.


2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:
•    Provide accurate job descriptions, candidate requirements, and relevant company information.
•    Communicate timely feedback on candidates and interviews.
•    Inform us promptly upon hiring a candidate we have introduced.
•    Pay agreed-upon fees in accordance with our payment terms.


3. Candidate Information

We strive to present candidates accurately based on the information provided by them. However, we do not guarantee candidate performance, background, or long-term fit. Clients are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence, including reference checks and background screening, as appropriate.


4. Fees and Payment

Fees for our services are outlined in the client agreement or proposal. 


5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement, including candidate details, client business information, and contractual terms.


6. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party tools or platforms (e.g., job boards, background check services) to support our services. We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or errors of these third parties.


7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the hiring process or the performance of hired candidates. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.


8. Compliance
Both parties agree to comply with all applicable employment laws, data protection regulations, and anti-discrimination practices.


9. Termination
Termination clause for our services are outlined in the client agreement or proposal. 


10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Delhi/NCR. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Delhi/NCR.


11. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
