We’re Hiring | Technical Lead – D365 CE + CIJ (Real-Time Marketing)

Looking for a Technical Lead with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Customer Insights – Journeys (CIJ / Real-Time Marketing) to drive enterprise-grade, event-driven marketing solutions.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Develop CE components: C# plugins, custom workflow actions, Dataverse logic

• Implement CIJ real-time event ingestion (custom event schemas, HTTP calls, Azure Functions)

• Build seamless CE–CIJ integrations (contact sync, enrichment, event triggers)

• Support real-time segments via clean data pipelines & enrichment logic

• Configure branching logic & event-driven journeys

• Build custom CIJ channels (API-based SMS / WhatsApp / Push)

• Implement consent automation (API + Dataverse)

• Support environment setup, ALM, DevOps & deployments

🛠 Mandatory Skills

• 4–7 years of D365 CE technical development

• Strong expertise in C# plugin development & Dataverse customizations

• Hands-on experience with Power Automate & Azure integrations

• Solid understanding of CIJ RTM event architecture & triggers

• Experience with API-based outbound communication channels

• Knowledge of consent management & compliance

• Exposure to CIJ custom channels

• Experience with enterprise-scale marketing journeys
