About the Role:

We are expanding our recruitment team and looking for enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialists to help us identify, attract, and onboard top talent across various domains. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hiring, have strong communication skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles (sourcing to onboarding).

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs.

  • Source candidates through multiple channels – job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.

  • Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate interview rounds.

  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment dashboards.

  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

  • Work closely with the HR team to ensure timely closures and process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA in HR preferred).

  • 6 months to 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.

  • Strong sourcing and screening skills using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and others.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.

  • Experience in volume hiring or niche hiring will be a plus.
