Relationship Manager – B2B Sales

We are looking for a proactive Relationship Manager to manage and expand our IFA network in the assigned territory. The role involves acquiring new IFAs, activating existing partners, and driving Mutual Fund and Insurance sales through the B2B channel.

The candidate will be responsible for partner onboarding, regular meetings, business reviews, portfolio discussions, and ensuring consistent revenue generation. Strong follow-up, partner servicing, and relationship-building skills are essential for this role.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in mutual fund distribution and insurance sales, with a strong understanding of channel management and B2B relationship dynamics.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Experience in B2B sales (IFA handling compulsory)

• Mutual Fund & Insurance sales background

• Field sales & partner engagement experience

• Target-driven and performance-oriented
