We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Cluster Head to lead and expand our B2B distribution business across assigned locations. The role involves managing multiple branches and driving revenue growth through strong IFA and channel partner networks.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling ARNs, IFAs, sub-brokers, and corporate partners, with a strong background in Mutual Fund and Insurance sales. The role requires strategic partner acquisition, activation, and retention while ensuring sustainable business expansion.

You will be responsible for cluster P&L, team leadership, business planning, partner engagement, and ensuring high performance standards across branches. The candidate must demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, market intelligence, and the ability to build long-term trust-based B2B relationships.
