We are seeking an experienced Branch Head to manage and grow our B2B distribution network through IFAs and channel partners. The role focuses on driving branch revenue, strengthening partner relationships, and expanding the Mutual Fund and Insurance business.

The candidate will work closely with ARNs and IFAs, supporting them in onboarding, business development initiatives, portfolio coordination, and regular servicing. This role demands strong sales leadership, market mapping, and team supervision capabilities.

You will be responsible for achieving branch targets, activating dormant partners, driving product penetration, and maintaining high service standards.


Mandatory Requirements:

  • B2B sales experience (IFA channel mandatory)

  • Experience in Mutual Fund & Insurance sales

  • Team handling experience

  • Strong communication & relationship management skills
